Notary Services and Fees:

• Acknowledgments: $5 for the first signature, $2 for each additional signature. 

• Affidavits: $5 for the first signature, $2 for each additional signature. 

• Certificates: $5 per certified copy. 

• Oaths/Affirmations: $5 per individual taking the oath. 

• Depositions: $3 per page. 

• Verifications: $5 for the first signature, $2 for each additional signature. 

• Protests: $3 per page. 

• Mobile Notary Services: $40

Additional Fees:

• Additional names on acknowledgments: $2 each (after the first). 

• Clerical fees: Some real estate and estate planning documents may have a separate clerical fee. 

• Travel fees: $1.50 per mile

• Witness fees: May be required for certain documents, and customers may need to provide their own witnesses or pay a fee for the notary to find one. 

• Administrative fees: $5 additional fee for copies, postage ect.

• Odd hours, weekends, emergency fees: $20 additional fee.
